What doest UHEW do for us?
The Union of Health and Environment Workers, Scientific, one of the components of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, has approximately 10,000 members across the country, from north to south, and from east to west.
UHEW represents approximately 10,000 health and environment workers across the country.
It negotiates collective agreements, provides legal support in cases of grievances, advocates for workplace health and safety, and leads campaigns to improve working conditions for all members.
UHEW also provides us with resources, training, and organizational support that strengthen our ability to act at the local level.
